Zoë Black and Joe Chindamo are the new kids on the classical block and are routinely described as edgy and a welcome new and unique voice to Australian Chamber music.
Gourmet Traveller Wine – Wine List of the Year
On Monday afternoon, 25th July 2016, fermentAsian was honoured by winning the Gourmet Traveller Wine List of the Year. This is the ultimate honour for any restaurant’s wine program in this country, and recognises the hours of work that go into keeping a serious wine list properly curated.
I would like to thank my hard working team of Sommeliers, Geoff Hunt and Cassaly Fitzgerald for their enthusiasm and support. I also need to thank Tuoi for indulging my passion for wine and enthusiastically allowing me to invest in the precious bottles that fill our little wine room.
I also than the whole team at fermentAsian, front and back of house who help to create a dining experience that we believe is very special.
