On Monday afternoon, 25th July 2016, fermentAsian was honoured by winning the Gourmet Traveller Wine List of the Year. This is the ultimate honour for any restaurant’s wine program in this country, and recognises the hours of work that go into keeping a serious wine list properly curated.
I would like to thank my hard working team of Sommeliers, Geoff Hunt and Cassaly Fitzgerald for their enthusiasm and support. I also need to thank Tuoi for indulging my passion for wine and enthusiastically allowing me to invest in the precious bottles that fill our little wine room.
